Well, the problem occurs on single product pages.
Actually the only place to add to cart in our setup.

It reloads after Ajax has added it and animated the cart box.

Hi, im not that into disable all plugins for a production site.

But you guys can login and have a look.

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
