Stop close filters after click for Categories Widget?

Hello, I am using filters added via the Widgets sections on my store. I have enabled the option “Shop sidebar widgets collapse”, however I noticed that when I clear a filter via the Clear filter button, the view is reloaded but the widget is collapsed and if you wish to filter again, you need to manually open the dropdown again. The case isn’t the same with the Shop filters section. You have a setting called “Stop close filters after click” and it works exactly as I want it to for the Widgets area in the sidebar. Please see the video attached for clarification. Is there any way this is possible too for the sidebar widgets, and not only for the shop filters on top? Thank you in advance.

For the shop filters section on top, there is already an option called “Stop close filters after click”.

When this option is enabled, the filters area will remain open even after you click on a filter. If it’s disabled, the whole filter area will collapse, and you will need to click again to open it.

Currently, the “Stop close filters after click” option only works for the Shop filters section on top, and unfortunately, it does not apply to the Sidebar Widgets filters.

At the moment, there isn’t a built-in setting in the theme to achieve the same behavior for sidebar widgets.

It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
