STOPPING IMAGE SIZES GENERATION

i want to reduce the number of inodes in my hosting account, and so i want a use a plugin to stop generating image sizes for each image uploaded which will reduce the number of files and save me inodes
so my question is, will that affect content display on my site ?
as i read in an article that some themes generates their own image sizes and they may not display content properly after applying this action.
Hi,
Our theme uses only images sizes that come with WooCommerce and standard WordPress ones.
