clearParticipantHello store user and visitor login button is not working. Admin login works fine but customer login area does not work, we request support regarding the issue. We have to clear the browser cookies in order to login, the customer can only login in this way.It works fine at the first login, but if the user does not log out of his account and tries to log in the next day or later, then after clicking the login button, he is constantly redirected to the main page and does not give any warning, there is no error message even if he enters the wrong password and username.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
I await your response.Best Regards

clearParticipantThe problem has been examined in detail. If the user logs into his account after logging into the website and exits the browser without logging out while in his account, when he tries to log in the next day, only the page refreshes and login cannot be made. Our website is experiencing problems due to cookies in the user’s browser, so it creates a problem with login. In order for the user to successfully complete the login, he or she must clear the cookies of our website in the browser. There is a problem with the cookies placed by our site or a cookie problem with the session being open.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
In the WordPress admin panel, go to Settings > General and check your “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” settings. Make sure they are both the same.
Disable all plugins and try to replicate the issue. If the problem goes away, start enabling plugins one by one to identify which one causes the issue.Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty or storefront to see if the issue persists.
Best Regards.

clearParticipantHello,
When we activate the lite speed cache plugin, the login button does not work correctly on the first try. on the second try, it works correctly. Can you let us know if there are js, php or other files in the cache that need to be excluded for login?August 30, 2023 at 3:02 pm #492203
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You will need to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard. They will guide you better. because according to the Envato Policy we don’t provide Support for the third party Plugin issues.
Best Regards.
