strange change on woodmart product layout

Dear Support,
I hope you can help me to bring our site back to normal! After messing around by trying to apply a different header to the shop page, trying to follow your tutorial on: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
Anyway, since I switched it back to the default header, the default header did not come back! Is there anything else, I’ve to change?
Since a view days, also the layout of the description section went into a very bad state! If you take a look there, you’ll see the same, as I sent you in my second screenshot! Till now, I could not figure out how to fix this, so it will move back to the normal state!

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check the description problem?

thank you for your quick reply! About the header; Please could you check the link, I provided to you at my last mail or enter any product page (i.e: https://flowerbauer.net/produkt/cbd-bio-hanftee-50g/) and take a look at the header? There, the header is gone, even set to default for all (Or just take a look at the provided screenshot).
Tomorrow morning, I’ll send you the credentials for our site, so you can take a look! Thank you for your support!

sorry, I don’T understand!!! Don’t you see the light green bar at the top? That’s not the default header! Because the default header should look like anywhere else at the page (screenshot). Further, hereby I’m sending your credentials. Because the site is active and being used, I did not not disable all plugins yet, but I tried to narrow and disabled all plugins before – the issue did still persist.Anyway, I hope you’ll find the cause of this issue!

OK, now we see the problem. We resaved your Theme Settings and the header seems to look correctly now.

Please, disable all external plugins first.

ok, I found out, that the “WooCommerce Multilingual” – plugin was causing the ragged description section. About the header of the püroduct page; May I know, why on that site, the image in the header section is missing?

Sorry, what image do you mean?

well, I mean the header image inside the product page is missing since a few day. I sent you a screenshot about our global header, and the one screenshot about the header inside the product page. Do you see the difference? I already tried to find a solution under “Theme settings”, but if I apply an image for the header at the product page, I have to enable the option “Full width product page”, what we really don’t wont to do!
I hope you could get my point now?

Probably, you are talking about the page title section, not the header. So this section was never shown on the product page and it is not a part of the default header.
