Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Please deactivate all the rest, check the issue, then activate one by one detecting which one causes the problem.

Have you added any code to the header of the theme? You need to delete the current parent theme and upload and install the theme from your ThemeForest account again.
