I’ve checked your product page, and the unusual characters are appearing due to the Cormorant font family currently being used on your site.

This issue often occurs when the selected font doesn’t support certain special characters or accents used in your text.

To fix this, I recommend switching to a font that fully supports your language’s character set (for example, Roboto, Lato, or Open Sans). You can change this in Theme Settings > Typography and then clear your cache to see the update.

This is not an issue with the language, actually, you are using the Translatepress plugin on the site and the translation is coming from that plugin, please edit the page in the translatepress plugin like this:
https://www.gourmandisedeluxe.com/product/brisures-de-truffes-noires/?trp-edit-translation=true

then you will see the translation of the words, I have changed and correct it for French and English language, for the other languages, please correct them: https://postimg.cc/w3LzFV6f
