String ‘Filter by price’ is not translatable

I am using Loco Translate to translate the theme in Bulgarian. For some fields it worked good, for others it did not.

I would like to translate the ‘Filter by price’ and tried to find all the possible keys/strings that are possible used.
Whatever I do, translation is not happening (see the attachment).

So I would like to:
1. Find the English translations in order to correlate which is the right translation key responsible for this ‘Filter by price’
2. Suggest me other ways to correlate the strings in the UI with the message bundle file/keys.

The thing is that the “Filter by price” text can be changed manually via the Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop page Widget area (more detail in the below screenshot).
