I already have the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin installed, however, I’d like to add a Stripe checkout button to the product page and shopping cart just like PayPal. Currently, stripe is only showing in the checkout page only.

As you already have the specific plugin for stripe. You need to ask this to the plugins support team.
Because within the theme there is no such option to display the stripe button in the way you want. This is out of our scope.
