Style and Colors

Guys,

I just find out that i can round my pics corners from Theme settings/ Style and colors/ Rounding

I selected px ( I tried also custom rounding) – I purged cache .. my pics wont round.

When there are 5 min free for you, can you please pass by and check ? Details in secret section

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

So…here is how it went.

1. I deactivated a bunch of plugins – no results – i put them back, went to lunch.
2. Came back deactivate another bunch of plugins, then thought to look a setting to see if i chosen “rounded” – there I see you recommend 6 columns, so i set 6 columns and hit “purge all” in litespeed – miracle – all rounded. I go on phone to check there how they look – all with edges. I hit purge again – all edges back, nothing rounded.
3. After 3-4-5 tries of re applying rounding, i sett ALL plugin back, and decided to write you.
4. Before doing that – I set again the grid with 4 columns, then I didint like it…again on 6 columns, purge AND THEY are rounded again :)))

Now I am afraid to het refresh, purge, move a finger.. :))

Mobile still nothing rounded. You are invited to take a look – all plugins are active, as i dont think shop can stay too much without them.

Anyway, see the movie – i decided o show how they are rounded, and they will go away when refresh.

Update – i deactivate ALL third parties, kept only those compatible – nothing.
I reactivate and surprise – again i got what is in that movie – rounded for few refresh this time – 3 times navigating from cat to cat.

OK…when you get on my shop, you can replicate this

1 . style it is set 12px rounded (double chek)
2. One tab open with site, one admin panel and keep switching the number of columns on grid from 4 to 6 and back. After each switch from 4 to 6, or from 6 to 4, go on the other tab, use “purge all” in LiteSpeed.

The pics will get rounded. Then navigate from cat to category – it might stay like that (same time double check mobile – there its always NOTrounded)
If they keep being rounded, visit homepage, then back to whatever category you want – they are gone.

I cant just let the whole shop naked of things – there aren invoicing plugins, marketing plugin…you know better. Please, when you get in deactivate them make the verifications and activate them back. I will reconnect what stays disconnected after deactivation.

Oh..question. if i prepare a staging one. Can you test there ?

Yes, for testing this issue, please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks for the article, is my second staging, first i did to install your theme,
Details in secret fields.

P.S. I did strip again of plugins my shop, on staging, looks like LiteSpeed is causing it – but I dont know which setting.
So there are two ways to help me – if you know (from experience what settings to tune, just guide me, or go in and check it please.

on the live site I think I solved it – litespeed doesn’t have a problem with rounded corners, but it doesn’t allow switching from rounded to sharp and/ or vice vers – I disabled litespeed, set it how I wanted (rounded) and now I think it’s ok. However, when you have time, please take a look at the staging to see what can be set to litespeed, so that the theme works correctly and litespeed does its job.
if that is not too much to ask 🙂

Now I am in love with my shop, and it is start selling…this is just bragging out 🙂
