It is not possible to make it look like. But Go to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Products Grid > Shop products view.
Then Go to Single product > Images > Thumbnails position.

Try to create custom add-to-cart button with a shortcode:
[add_to_cart id=372]

Or you can change to another style to achieve this.
