Style sheet going back to default

I Added a cuctom colour to my footer background and also changed the primary colour from th eteal to a golden yellow.

But all of a sudden even though they show in teh back end under the theme settings they are being overwriten as (inline style) and these are all the original colours from teh demo import ?

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
