Styling issue in cart

I have an issue with styling, “check screenshot”.

I can see element is wc-block-components-notice-banner is-info, but can’t seem to see where I can change the coloring for this. Its in my chart when I got to checkout. If I play aroudn in the inspector I see that its notice bars for login in and one for coupon code.

This fixe it, THANSK. I had to update the theme to see the patches.

But I encountered another issue, when I use autofill from chrome all text becomes balck and not grey/white, see attched screen shot
