    Hello,

I have a styling issue on my cart page. The quantity buttons (+/-) are not aligned correctly.

I have created a temporary admin login for you in the private data field below.

Could you please take a look and help me fix this?

    Thank you.

    Hello Aizaz,

Thank you for your reply. I need to report that the alignment issue on my cart page is still present on my end.

There is a major difference between what I see in the Elementor editor and on the live site.

Inside the Elementor editor, the layout is perfectly correct.

However, on the live front-end, the layout is broken.

Specifically, the quantity buttons are misaligned, and the “Apply Coupon” button is also not aligned correctly. This problem occurs on multiple different browsers I have tested, even after clearing all browser cache.

Since the layout appears correctly in the editor but is broken on the live site, this points to a theme styling issue that is only applied on the front-end. The temporary admin login I provided is still active for you to investigate.

Could you please take another look and help me resolve this discrepancy?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello Aizaz,

    Thank you for your update.

Unfortunately, I must report that the alignment issue with the quantity +/- buttons is still present on my end.

I have thoroughly cleared my browser cache as you suggested. To be absolutely sure it wasn’t a local issue, I also sent the cart page link to a completely different computer, and the alignment problem was still visible there.

Furthermore, I have discovered another button styling issue on a related page. On the empty cart page, the “Return To Shop” button also appears deformed and does not match the theme’s button styling. It seems to be a wider problem with how styles are applied to WooCommerce buttons on the front end.

I have attached screenshots of both the quantity button issue and the empty cart button issue for your reference.

Could you please take another look and help debug this?

Thank you for your continued assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

Navigate to Pages > All Pages.

Find your Shop page (titled “productos”).

Click Edit, then > Change the permalink (slug) to productos (if not already).

Then go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Shop Page and make sure that the Shop page is set to “productos”.

Now go to Settings > Permalinks, and click “Save Changes”.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards,

    Hello Aizaz,

    Thank you for the reply.

I think there may have been a misunderstanding, as your instructions seem to be for a different user’s issue regarding the shop page permalink.

My issue, as described in my previous message, is a CSS alignment problem on the Cart page.

    To summarize:

The quantity buttons (+/-) are misaligned on the live site.

The “Return To Shop” button on the empty cart page is also styled incorrectly.

This happens on the live site, but everything looks perfectly correct inside the Elementor editor.

The issue persists across different computers and browsers.

Could you please re-read my previous message and review the screenshots I provided about the Cart page styling issue? The temporary login is still active.

    Thank you for your help.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Sorry for the early confusion!

You need to replace the cart page blocks with classic shortcodes [woocommerce_cart] to make it work correctly.

Now I have added the shortcode, and everything is showing fine.

    Hello Aizaz,

Thank you for your reply. I need to report a more complex situation that has occurred.

Actually, before you added the shortcode for me, I had installed the latest WoodMart patcher earlier today, and I noticed that the alignment issue was fixed. I believe the patch had solved the problem.

However, after you made your changes to the cart page, two new and very serious issues happened:

All of my original custom text and content on the Cart page disappeared.

More importantly, all of my custom CSS in the WoodMart Theme Settings was completely erased.

I had no choice but to restore my website from yesterday’s backup to get my custom CSS back.

After restoring the backup, I tried installing the patcher again, but the alignment issue with the quantity buttons and other buttons is still there now. I have confirmed that I am using the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode inside my Elementor design, but the front-end display is still broken and misaligned.

Could you please take a closer look to find out what is really happening? This seems to be a theme bug that the patch is not fixing correctly.

I have uploaded screenshots of my Elementor setup and the list of patches that are currently installed for your reference.

Thank you for your understanding and help.

    Best regards

    Hello,

Thank you for the detailed feedback and for sharing the screenshots.

I’ve taken a closer look at your site and noticed that you are editing the Cart page with Elementor Pro. In this case, we recommend using the WoodMart Theme Layout Builder to build and customize your cart page instead of directly editing it with Elementor.

To help you further, I’ve created a new Cart layout under Dashboard > Layouts, and now the cart page styling and alignment issues are displaying correctly.

If you’d like to add your custom content back, you can do so within this new layout using Elementor. Let me know if you need help locating or editing the layout.

    Best Regards,
