I have an issue with the theme. When i customized the product archive layouts and setup the categories as grid style, The website started not to show second category products unless i reach the smallest category.
For exmple when i click ‘phones & Tablets’ it shows all products under this category, Then when i choose mobile phones it still shows all products under phones & tablets instead of showing the products connected to ‘mobile phones’ category.
When i chose carousel style for categories layout it works and shows every categorie’s products when i click it but it doesn’t work on masory or grid style.

    Hello,

Please share some screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.

I am seeing wrong products under mobile phones category. Please fix that without changing the grid design that i setup in the layouts page that i designed.

    Hello,

You’re currently using a custom layout for your category (product archive) page. In this layout, instead of using the Product Archive widget, you’ve used a Product Grid or Carousel widget to display products.

The Product Archive widget automatically shows products related to the category being viewed. However, when you use the Product Grid or Carousel widget, it doesn’t update dynamically; it only displays products from the category you manually select in the widget settings.

To fix this while keeping your grid design:

    • Open your layout in the editor.
    • Select the Product Grid (or Carousel) widget.
    • In the widget settings, change the category from “Phones & Tablets” to “Mobile Phones.

This will make the grid show only the products from the “Mobile Phones” category as expected.

    Hello,

    I understand what you mean.

In that case, please replace the Product Grid or Carousel widget with the Product Archive widget inside your custom layout. The Product Archive widget is designed to load products dynamically based on the current category being viewed, including all its subcategories.

When you use the Product Archive widget, it will automatically show the relevant products for each category without needing to manually select them in the settings.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

I’ve checked your setup — you’re still using a Product Grid or Carousel widget inside the custom layout instead of the Product Archive widget.https://postimg.cc/MvhMkrQ8

If the issue persists even after switching to the Product Archive widget, please try activating the default Storefront theme temporarily. This will help verify whether the issue comes from the theme or from WooCommerce itself.

    Hello,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront or Twenty-Twenty-Five to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards,
