    Hello Team,

I’m facing a strange issue in which I can’t add any subcategories to my main category header.
I have already done this process before but for some reason now it’s not working.

Placing the subcategories below the main category I want and dragging it a bit to the side…
it seems like it just adds the category to the main header and not under the requested category.

    SS attached

NOTE: Please try to add a subcategory yourself and see what I’m talking about. At the moment all the categories look fine but that’s because I have deleted all the “Subcategories I have tried to add because it just didn’t add them in the right place.

    Please help.

    Thank you,

    Hello,

Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the nav menus are wordpress functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    Best Regards

    Hi Aizaz,

    Thanks for the replay,

I have disabled Woodmart Theme and checked the issue stayed the same.

    Hello,

As the issue is the same with the default WordPress theme.

Which clears that the issue is not with our theme. Sorry, but we could not help you with this as the Menus are WooCommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    Regards.

    I understand,
So what do you think may be the issue if not your theme?

Cache? hosting? So I’ll have some direction to solve the issue.

    Thanks in advance,
    Nitai

    Hello,

It might be an issue with the Caching, or any third party plugin conflict.

You can read the following article for help:

    Best Regards
