Hi I have a problem, when a client purchase an order it makes separate orders like “sub-orders” and send me a lot of emails so it makes the orders a little complicated to manage.
I tought it was dokan or multi vendor plug in so I disable the plugins, it didn’t work, the wordpress team told me that the problem can be because the orders are separatly for each vendor. How can I disable so we can receive only one mail for each order.
Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
If you see the problem on the Storefront as well, please contact the vendor plugin support. We do not have instructions on how to configure the plugin.
