subcategories are disappeared

All subcategories have disappeared from my page.
In woocommerse has many subcategories and it worked perfectly. has some updates in woodmart and now i recognize all subcategories are not shown in categories.
example: https://lufiparty.hu/szuletesnap/ has 7 subcategories and it worked…
what happened? Why should I renew support if the issue is on your side??

sziklaigaborParticipantIn shops, the archives page does not show subcategories.
It looks like the page on top subcategories (picture with 90px round custom, without product number)
same style as the front page.

Artem TemosKeymasterTo better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

If i update woodmart widget and subcategories disappear.
If i update woocommerce same result….
how can update plugins?

Please update the theme first and test how it works. If it works correctly, then update the WooCommerce plugin. You need to understand if the issue is caused by the theme or WooCommerce plugin update.

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please clarify what version you had before the update? Also, send us your FTP access. We will install both versions and compare the result on your website.

We fixed a problem regarding layout conditions in our latest version. You probably had the wrong conditions imported from our dummy content, and that is why the layout wasn’t applied correctly.
