SUBCATEGORIES DO NOT GO DOWN IN THE HEADER

After a patcher update I noticed that the subcategories stopped going down on the desktop, there’s the arrow but it doesn’t go down, can you help me about this?
I’ll leave the site access in case you need to take a look.

Please deactivate all cache plugins and disable caching on the server and provide FTP access our developers would check deeper.
