Subdomain with different home page

First, I am in love with your theme.

My question is, can I use your theme in my subdomain with different versions like fashion flat and create different pages with different my parent domain, whats the way?

Thank you for feedback.

If you use multisite you use one license on all. If you create independent sub-domains you will need a license for each of them.
