Subject: Inquiry regarding selling by box/package and displaying price per unit in WoodMart

    Hi XTemos Team,

I am writing to inquire about a specific functionality for my store using WoodMart.

Many of my products are sold exclusively by the box or package, but I need to show customers the equivalent price per unit (for example: displaying the unit price, but requiring the customer to purchase in full box quantities or set minimum increments).

Currently, I rely on third-party paid plugins to manage this, but I would like to eliminate extra costs if possible.

Does WoodMart have any built-in settings, theme features, or recommended native configurations that allow handling sales by box/package while showing unit prices—without needing external paid plugins?

If WooCommerce or WoodMart supports a native way or a custom snippet/setting to achieve this, could you please guide me on how to configure it?

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Best regards,

    Sr. John Vivas

    Hello,

WoodMart does not have a built-in option for selling products by box/package with automatic unit price calculation.

As an alternative, you can use WooCommerce Variable Products to create different package options as variations. For example:

    Product: Eggs
    – Box of 30 eggs > $30
    – Box of 60 eggs > $55
    – Box of 100 eggs > $90

Each variation can have its own price, and customers can select the required package size before adding the product to the cart.

However, if you need the store to automatically calculate and display the price per unit (for example, “$1 per egg”) while still forcing customers to buy by box quantities, this requires a third-party WooCommerce plugin or custom development. Try to find a plugin that best suits your requirements.

    Hope this Helps!

    Best Regards
