Subject: Layout Alignment Issue in Shop Grid / Product Cards Unaligned

    Hi XTemos Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding an alignment issue with the product grid in my store using the WoodMart theme.

Currently, the product cards lose their symmetry and tend to shift or misalign. To attempt to fix this, I standardized all product images to 800×800 px, which helped to an extent. However, whenever a product title is slightly longer or the text content varies, the product box expands, causing the grid layout to lose its balance and look uneven.

My goal is to ensure that regardless of image size or text length, every product card maintains a fixed, responsive format so that all titles, images, and buttons remain perfectly aligned across the entire grid.

Could you please guide me step-by-step on how to achieve a fixed grid alignment in WoodMart (e.g., using theme settings or CSS to equalize card heights and line limits for titles)?

I have attached a screenshot demonstrating the issue. Please let me know if you need temporary admin access to my WordPress dashboard to inspect or fix this directly.

Thank you very much for your help and support.

    Best regards,

    Sr. John Vivas

    Hello,

Please navigate to Theme Settings > Product archives > Product grid. Here, you can enable the Even product grid for desktop option to align products if they have different height components:

If the issue remains, share the WP login details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards
