    Hi

    My subscription (all themes) is automatically renewed annually.
    But there was a delay last year, so please check if everything is fine. In My account it says that the next payment will be in a few days, even though Paddle billed me a few days ago.

    Yes, everything is fine. I will keep an eye on it to make sure that it is prolonged correctly. And yes, you should be able to change the payment method on Paddle without any problems.

    As it turns out, all is not quite right.
    I don’t see an active subscription for next year in My account, it still says: Next payment date: 08 Mar 2024.
    The same is written on the Control Panel of websites in the Sapce dashboard tab.
    Downloads are still working for now.

    Please check and set it to be correct.
    So, it’s already paid for another year, so it should keep renewing automatically.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It looks like this particular subscription doesn’t work as expected on our end. I have to manually renew it on our website. Don’t worry, it doesn’t affect your permission to use and download our themes.
