I recently renewed my annual subscription, but apparently it has not been activated or renewed.
Payment was made via Paddle.

Yes, we see that the payment was processed correctly and your subscription is currently active. Could you please clarify where you see the problem in your account? Do you have this subscription in the list? Or you don’t have our themes in the downloads section?
No, there are wrong account details displayed under My Subscription page, dates are not updated .
And also, on any active installation status is Active but also Expired.

Yes, the date seems to be not updated correctly. Please, click on the Refresh button in your admin dashboard. It should start today. Don’t worry, your subscription will remain active according to your payment dates anyway.
