Success notice doesn't work on my contact form

I use contact form plugin for my website. I have 2 contact form on my website.

First contact form : the success notice work (1.png)

Second contact form : the success notice doesn’t work (2.png)

Can you help me to have the success notice for my second contact form on my home page ?
