suddenly mainmenu isn,t showing

Hello, i purchase woodmart for sehabags.com but sometimes my site,s header isn,t showing, for that, many of my customers are really unsatisfied, so loosing sells. sometimes it,s happening but after click purge cache, it,s solve again. it is happening almost everyday, please help me with this, thank you so much !
