Hello,
WCFM – WooCommerce Multi Vendor Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform, and it works well with the Woodmart theme.
Use the standard WooCommerce and WCFM setup to allow vendors to list and manage physical items.

As for the Woodmart theme, it is fully compatible with WCFM.
