Suggestions regarding speed improvement

I’m using wp rocket on my website and i have a question regarding the page speed improvement.
As you can see below i have a pretty good score on gtmetrix, but sometimes loading first page(i’m talking only about first page) it takes a pretty long time; so i would like to know how can i optimize it. (also i’m on VPS)
Could this be caused by some many product carrousel?i have 3-4 on my first page (i saw a template of yours with some products carrousel that loads pretty fast)// or what should i remove from first page to load all faster.

Hi,
We just tested your website and see that it is perfectly optimized. We check it with disabled cache in the browser and first loading is also ok. Most likely some lags may appear because of some problems with an internet connection or just a browser problem. But we don’t see any slow loading resources on your website.

So i can add how many carrousel with products i want, this won’t affect the speed of the page?
Each image of the product will add some KB and some milliseconds to the website loading anyway. So we don’t suggest to add to many carousels.
