Hello, I recreated the store page from the templates, but none of the filters shown on your demo pages appear on the store page. We kindly request your support on the relevant issue.

    Hello,

    1. The attributes should be assigned to some products (https://take.ms/CJphD, https://take.ms/hptPx) and then the filter will be shown.

    2. Off canvas adjusted in the wrong way. In order to activate the “Custom off-canvas sidebar” on the Layouts using Elementor, you need to do the following:

1). Make a section with 2 columns, one of them can contain the sidebar element or filter widgets and another will have your products element. https://take.ms/uti4Y
2). Edit the “Sidebar” column and in its settings set the Column role for “off-canvas layout” as “Off canvas”: https://take.ms/puKlD . Also, specify which devices you want to apply this on: https://take.ms/ZljnG

The column with the products should have the “Content column” value in the “Column role” field: https://take.ms/zC3J1

IMPORTANT: both sidebar and content columns should have the same devices selected.

    3. Do you mean, you want to remove those menu blocks from the menu item? Please clarify.

    Thank you for your time.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

    1. In Appearance -> Widget -> Shop widget Area, you need to set the relevant attributes as now there are defined attributes that aren’t assigned to any product, e.g. I have changed the default attribute brand to your created and assigned to the product – https://take.ms/r0zPkU, the result you can see on your shop page. Also, set the show the attribute on all categories, don’t forget to clear the cache to see the changes.

    3. Navigate to Appearance -> Menus -> Main navigation -> remove the HTML block and change to “default” design here – https://take.ms/i5lR8

    Kind Regards

    3) I followed the steps you provided but it did not work, I could not remove the area I wanted. Please remove it and explain how to do it. (Images are attached)

    4) The search bar is not searching for any product, I don’t understand what’s going on. Can you check it?

    Hello,

    3. But I see that you have removed that menu block, let me know if you have sorted it out.

    4. Enable an appropriate post type for the search in its settings in the header builder – https://take.ms/WzvdE

    Kind Regards

3.It hasn’t been removed from the category pages on the website. I sent you the URL address of the category page. Can’t you see it? I don’t want this area to be visible on the website.
I sent you photos of the area that I do not want to appear on the category page 3 times. You respond without reading the requests
