Support Request: Custom CPT Features Not Displaying Properly

Hello WoodMart Support Team,

We are currently using WoodMart theme and have purchased 1-year support. We are facing an issue with custom post types (CPT) created using Toolset.

Issue Description:

We created a custom CPT using Toolset.

When we try to use Page Settings (the custom metabox options provided by the WoodMart theme) for these CPTs, the settings/features are not showing.

This prevents us from customizing layout, header, footer, or other theme-specific options for our CPTs.

We would appreciate your guidance on how to make the Page Settings metabox appear and work properly for CPTs created via Toolset.

Regarding your question, you can’t display Page settings on other post types except page. These settings are specifically designed for the core WordPress page post type and its template. They are not intended to work with any other post types, including products, portfolios, or any custom post types you add to your website.
