mostafa2tahaParticipantHello Woodmart Support Team,
I’m currently facing two issues on my website that I believe are related to the theme behavior or templating, and I would really appreciate your assistance.
________________________________________
Issue 1: Brand URLs appear incorrectly in frontend sections
• In some frontend brand showcase sections (prebuilt templates from Woodmart), the brand links appear as:
• However, my current permalink setting for Product Brand Base is:
/brand/
• When I visit the brand archive page directly, it works fine:
https://saudiavtech.com/brand/smart-products/
• But inside frontend templates or grids, the Arabic slug /العلامة التجارية/ still appears and does not auto-update.
I believe the template or static block is referencing an old saved slug and didn’t dynamically update when I changed it.

Issue 2: Add to Cart and Request a Quote buttons not visible
• I’m using YITH Request a Quote plugin.
• When I enable it to hide “Add to Cart” and show the quote button, no buttons show at all (neither quote nor add-to-cart).
• When I disable the plugin, the Add to Cart button still doesn’t appear.
• I also confirmed that product catalog mode is disabled in the theme settings.
• Tried clearing all caches with no luck.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi mostafa2taha,
Thanks for reaching to us.
1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
2. You also should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
Please let me know how it goes.

mostafa2tahaParticipantWhen I changed the theme and removed the widgets that were installed alongside the theme widgets, the problem still exists. The product page does not have a buy button, and the button on the products on the shop page is Read More.

mostafa2tahaParticipantFollow-up on Brand URL Issue – Still Not Resolved
Dear Woodmart Support Team,
Following up on the issue I previously reported regarding incorrect brand URLs appearing on the frontend (specifically, /العلامة التجارية/ instead of my current /brand/ base), I would like to update you on the actions I’ve taken so far:
✅ Actions Taken to Troubleshoot:
Tested with Default Themes:Switched the theme to both Twenty Twenty and Storefront.
Issue with the incorrect brand URL did not appear in those themes.
This confirms the issue is theme-related, likely within Woodmart template blocks.
Plugin Conflict Test:
Deactivated all plugins except required ones.
Reactivated plugins one by one while testing frontend brand blocks.
The issue persisted regardless of active plugins, so it’s not caused by a plugin conflict.
Database Search via Better Search Replace:
Ran a DRY RUN using the plugin to search for the incorrect slug /العلامة%20التجارية/.
No results found across all tables (75 searched), which indicates that the issue may be related to static templates or prebuilt elements rather than database entries.
Manual Check of Static Blocks:
Reviewed all relevant Woodmart Static Blocks and Elementor saved templates.
Issue Summary:
Some frontend blocks still link to outdated brand slugs like:
https://saudiavtech.com/العلامة%20التجارية/barco-products/
even though the permalink structure is now:
https://saudiavtech.com/brand/barco-products/These incorrect slugs are not automatically updated across template blocks, even after changing permalink settings in WooCommerce > Brands.
Request:
Could you please advise:Where these outdated slugs might be cached or saved within Woodmart template logic?
Is there a way to force the template blocks to regenerate or pull the current slug dynamically?
I’m happy to provide admin or staging access again if needed.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
