svg file is not permitted to upload

hello
I found some icons and its format is SVG
and I want to upload SVG icon but display says “its not permitted due to security reasons” then how these SVG file exist at theme …
google AI says i must to install plugin for this…but I hate it….do you know any option to upload SVG file ?
