svg files not loading on frontend

Hi,
The included svg files are linked correctly, but they are not being displayed at all on desktop or mobile. I just can’t seem to find the issue why are the svg images not being loaded at all?
I can change the images to PNG, but I would like to have the original SVG loading as they are supposed to.
It doesn’t matter if I included the theme provided svg files or custom svg files from the web – they are not being displayed.

I tried adding a svg support plugin, but it didn’t help – it only displayed the svg image correctly in media admin panel, but not in the frontend.

It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.
