Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your
<svg>
tag like it is shown: http://prntscr.com/m4n0qw
Then you will need to re-upload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.Best Regards

ludaParticipantHi,
width and height attributes just change the size of the icon, but my problem is that when i upload a svg icon to a specific row then in another row the svg icons won’t appear correctly. when refreshing their design totally break.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide the detailed descriptions of the actions step by step with the screen.
I will reproduce the problem and check. Meanwhile, you can check another SVG, from our demo, for example.

ludaParticipantHi,
ok, let’s give it a try:
As i’ve already said the svg icons on my homepage are crashed and i can’t fix this problem. it all began after i had customized (change the color of the icons via adobe illustrator) the icons to fit the CD. i reuploaded the svg icons with the right colors to specific sections/rows and deleted my older ones. the icons should look like these (and actually they are displayed correctly in the media library after uploading) as you can see here: https://ibb.co/vsD6VZh
in this section/row the svg icons are displayed correctly: https://de.imgbb.com/
but after i reuploaded svg icons to another section/row on the main page the crash happened. not only exceptional these icons in this specific section/row got crashed: https://ibb.co/C2vHJ83
much more this change did crash all the other icons on my pages and even in my megamenu as you can see here:
Icons crashed on pages:
https://ibb.co/xgrtftd
https://ibb.co/7WKcT8d
Icons crashed on megamenu:
https://ibb.co/C9R4JCm
https://ibb.co/fn4gV6s
https://ibb.co/k0bHD4Lthe megamenu should actually look like this with icons: https://ibb.co/ZWCmYgr
to understand the term ‘crash‘: svg icons are non-visble, partly visible/non-visible and have false color/transparency reproduction when uploaded + upload svg icons in one section/row has an impact on appearance of svg icons in other sections/rows.
i don’t know how to continue, how can we fix this?
Best regards,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Most likely you have edited the icons incorrectly. Upload initial SVG icons before the edition. Our theme does not influence the SVG icons, if they are correct, they are displayed well.
You can test the issue using initial icons before editing.

ludaParticipantMy uploaded svg icons in megamenu did work well so far and as you can see even my latest and now crash-causing svg icons are displayed correctly in media library. i rather think it’s a bug of Safe SVG plugin?!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please upload SVG icon which you have not edited in its initial state to the Media library.
Create a testing page and apply the initial SVG icon and below add your edited SVG icon to detect if the theme influences.
You have changed the color or something else, our theme just shows what you have uploaded. Our theme does not influence, change or transform icons.
Best Regards
