    Hello!
I stopped showing SVG icons that were loaded by default when installing the theme.
I noticed that the icons have disappeared on some pages. I thought the icons might have been removed from the file library, but the SVG icons are still there.
I am attaching screenshots of the problem.
And a screenshot and a link to a similar page of yours where all your icons work fine.
    https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/stores/

I’m also attaching a screenshot from the file library and from the Elementor editor showing that the icon has been assigned. But it doesn’t show up like it used to.

I did not make any settings that would precede such a failure.

I apologize for the errors in the text. What I meant was that my site stopped showing SVG icons that were set by default on many pages that are edited in the Elementor editor.

    Hello,

It seems that the file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

    Kind Regards

    Hello!
I wrote to my server support, they say file_get_contents() works.

Plus, they wrote me this answer – We can’t tell you about SVG, since in fact your server has everything you need to run it.

How to find what is the reason?

    Hello!
I have never connected to the Word Press admin panel via FTP.
I have always entered the link I provided in my previous post.
Or are you asking for access to the server?

    Hello,

Sorry for the confusion. FTP is not the same as your admin access. FTP gives us access to your website files. If you don’t have this information, contact your hosting provider for help.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

No image is uploaded to the infobox you showed on the screenshot. Here is how it looks https://gyazo.com/2fa19a4ed350aac96049a9201899a966

Please, add an image now so we can see the problem.

    Kind Regards

    Hello!
That’s right, not a single image is loaded into the information block!
That’s why I wrote to you so that you can see this problem!
You can create any empty page, add an info block and try to upload svg there.
As a result, svg will not be displayed.

were you able to login to see the problem ? Create any blank page, create an infobox with an svg image and you will see the problem. Or you can see the pages of links to which I have attached in a private window.

    Hello,

There is still some issue with your server configuration. Here is a screenshot of the error when trying to get the SVG file content. Please, consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter https://gyazo.com/7b27b45fee72d3b276925d9da1d6ceda

That’s just very strange, SVG turns out to work in other blocks. But the SVG refuses to work ONLY in the INFO BOX from XTEMOS.
But the information box is made by you, it’s from XTEMOS.
Or maybe the problem is not on the server, but in the xtemos code.

The problem is in one specific information block from Xtemos.

Check out the specific page. SVGs are loaded and read on the server without problems in all other blocks. Only in your information block SVG does not work.

If the problem with SVG was server-side, then loading SVG would not work on other blocks. But in this particular case, the SVG does not work only in the Information block from XTEMOS

Our Infobox displays SVG as code and that is why it needs to get the file content. And this function doesn’t work on your server.
Other places display SVG using IMG tag and that is why work correctly. You can replace infobox elements in this case.
