SVG icons will not take primary color

I have various icons that will just NOT change color. I even wrote a script to change the actual color in the SVG. STILL, they are shown with the basic blue from Woodmart electronic store. It is driving me CRAZY.

Screenshot added. Also added an SVG which color the icons should have, but do not take. I figure there’s something doing the fill/stroke color, but I cannot figure out what.
