SVG image is not showing up after migrating to live site

    Hello Dev Team,

    I am using the tools demo template for my home page. The svg icons were working fine in the local computer but they are not showing up after I migrated it to the live server using all in one migration plugin. The tools template is using the information box element and works for png and jpeg but its not working for svg images. I will send you the error log generated in my WordPress folder.

    This is another issue I would like to bring forward and which was there before any migration.
    When I click on enlarge button in the single product page it opens up the lightbox to view the image. As soon as the light box opens the beginning 1 or 2 seconds the image looks clear but in the 3rd second the image becomes blur.

    Could you please provide some help for this issues.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached and tried to visit your website.

    1) It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server.
    You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option.

    2) I was unable to visit it displayed an Error database connection..

    Hello Dev Team,

    As you mentioned earlier that it could be a server issue and I searched for it and I enabled the allow_url_fopen function in the multiphp ini editor and the svg’s images showed up perfectly.

    I would like you to provide some help with the lightbox product image as I mentioned in the first message.

    After opening the lightbox you have to wait 1 second and the image becomes blurred. But if you open the image by right click open in new tab the image shows up clear.

    And the product URL you sent is displaying 404 not found.

    Hello Dev Team,

    Yesterday I was working on the migration of the website again so the URL which I provided earlier showed 404 error but the URL should work fine now. I won’t be doing any updates today so please have a look one more time for the lightbox issue which I mentioned earlier.

    Hello Dev Team,

    Sorry for the inconvenience actually while uninstalling the revolution slider my website crashed and showed critical errors. But now the problem is solved and the website is running. Please take a look at this product the image gets blurred after 1 second in the lightbox but seems fine when opened in a new tab.

    Dear Support Team,

    I will make it more clear about my issue. When you open a product page and just use the mouse hover zoom the image is fully clear, fully clear in the sense the texts on the products aren’t blurred. The issue is that when you open enlarge the product image it opens the lightbox right. After it opens in a blink of an eye the image turns slightly blurred you can notice this especially in the text printed over the products, just open the image in a new tab and switch between the tabs to check the difference in the blur. Why is this slight blurring of images in the lightbox present could you please provide some solutions if possible.

    Sorry but the product image is of good quality there is no blur effect as you mentioned.
