SVG LOGO NOT DISPALYED WELL ON CERTAIN DEVICES

    On my own computer, the logo appears well.
    Bu when I tried other laptop or tablets, it doesn’t appear well.

    Hello,

    Switch to the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check the logo elements there. You can upload other image size or configure the logo element.

    Hi,

    I don’t have CDN yet on my site.

    Plus, in another ticket, you shared to me a video screenshot where I noticed that this SVG logo problem occured on it. So the issue did occur on certain of your devices.

    Hello,

    I checked in Chrome and in Fire Fox now I do not see the problem. Deactivate your plugins and deactivate the additional configuration on the server and check the issue.

    I do not have any configuration on any server…
    I did check with plugin disactivated and it’s still the case.

    Check on a real mobile device, you’ll see. I showed you your own screenshots where you got the issue, so please check the point well

    But the problem IS in your video… !

    I gave you previously the screenshot of “how the logo should appear”, and luckily I named it like that. I thought it was very straight forward.

    In your video, it does not appear as it should be. Why?

    I think you’re really not paying attention to what I’m writing… please check the attachment carefully! You will see that your video screenshot & my attachment are totally different, the typogaphy of the SVG logo is not the same. Please check well !

    Hello,

    Your SVG file is wrong. The SVG has font-family inside and it is not correct https://gyazo.com/c4674d5c7e70981d6cef590ef07238f5 SVG would not work till this font has been installed and set.

    We do not have the instruction on how to create SVG properly. This is the content related issue.
