SVG logo size

Hello,
I have put my svg logo in my header, but even on increasing the width in the header it is still looking small. I want to increase the size of the logo to 300 width, minimum. My image size is 400×150. My login credentials are attached below.

And in the mobile version also image is showing on some phones on others the logo space is showing blank. Please tell the solution for that too.

I have checked the logo on mobile it appears well.
