swatches not changing

on some products the swatch doesnt change the image ?

You need to add the featured images to all the product variations.

I do have this selected.

do I have to enable the size to show as square button too?

Hello,

Take this product https://www.livingandtravelling.com/product/mens-genuine-casual-leather-boots/ and configure all the rest in the same way.

If one product works and another one does not, it mean you have not configured properly.
