Switching domain not working ( theme all messed up )

When i switch the domain the template gets destroyed and seems to default on a lot of stuff. Simply changing back the domain and everything looks ok again. I do a SQL dump and rename all occurrence of old domain and replace with new domain. Even on xtemos forum the domain is registered. I even did a find and replace on file level.
The only file i cant open is some sort of woocommerce/include file
grep -R metallkompaniet-webshop <- old domain name
grep: wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/sedaVnE0d: Permission denied

You should use the Duplicator plugin to migrate the complete site to the new domain.

I am going to look at the plugin.
It seems very strange that a simple find and replace domain name on SQL and files is not good enough.
