Tablet adaptation problem

    In the tablet and mobile version, there are no blocks that are seen in the desktop version.
    I can’t find where to make these blocks visible for adaptations.

    I have visited your website and the Ipad displaying the elements as in the desktop. Could you please provide with a relevant screenshots of the specific area which you are referring to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    The problem is in the tablet in vertical position and in mobiles.
    As you can see in the screenshot, the blocks disappear and put the class .vc_hidden-sm
    I can not find where it marks that below that resolution put that class.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached. It seems that the particular column is hidden for the tablet version that you can see under Edit page >> Edit column >> Responsive Options.

    Please make sure that it is not hidden from the option as mentioned in the screenshot.

    This will fix the issue.

    Everything is correct, so that everything is shown but still hides it.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it
    myself and help you out accordingly.
