tablet layout not work for my ipad and xiaomi tablet

I set the addtional info to 2 columns in tablet and 3 in desktop, it works with chrome devtools but when I use the ipad the xiaomi tablet to test, the desktop layout appears.
Then I set a paragrah to only visible in tablet(hide it in desktop and mobile), it also works with chrome devtools but I can’t see it on ipad and xiaomi tablet.

Tablets have the landscape version which has the same resolution as some desktop devices. Here is a default version – https://prnt.sc/-OZUInM4PjqV which shows that red text you added, and here is a landscape that show the desktop version – https://prnt.sc/60yRIHBut6rt

So make sure that you view the page in the default tablet version (not landscape).

• Desktop: Screen width 1025px and above
• Tablet: Screen width between 1024px and 769px
• Mobile: Screen width 768px and below

WPBakery, by default, has 4 breakpoints (screenshot: https://monosnap.com/file/doniyPfwe3O10ix0eVYyyCpCmHsNpW):
• Desktop: Screen width 1200px and above
• Tablet Landscape: Screen width between 1199px and 992px
• Tablet Portrait: Screen width between 991px and 769px
