    Hello
    I am facing an issue:
    Check the attached video (was recorded from my tablet horizontally)

    I use chrome browser
    Just take your tablet.Turn it horizontally and stick your finger on the screen.Then move it (while it is sticked) upwards.
    Whenever you leave your finger the problem disappear

    I think that this is the top part of search layout.

    First of all:
    Can you confirm the issue?
    And secondly where does it come from?
    Keep in mind that with your guidance I have managed to activate the main navigation bar on tablet horizontal mode.
    Regards Leonidas

    Hi,

    Try to disable all plugins that are not related to our theme, remove custom code and check if the problem appears. Also, please check if you can face with a similar issue on our demo site.

    Regards

    O I understand.

    The problem is that the horizontal menu bar can’t displayed in any of your demo on tablet horizontally (I mean the same layout like the desktop devices).

    Regards.

    Hello again.
    I have disabled everything except
    CMB2,Redux Framework,WooCommerce,Woodmart Core,WPBakery Page Builder.
    Also activatet parent theme.
    Finally I removed all the custom code except this code:

    @media
    (min-width: 991px){
    body .whb-general-header-inner {
    height: 65px;}
    body .whb-visible-lg,
    body .whb-hidden-mobile {
    display: -webkit-box;
    display: -ms-flexbox;
    display: flex;}
    body .whb-hidden-lg {
    display: none;}
    .whb-general-header .sub-menu-dropdown,
    .woodmart-header-links .menu-item-my-account .sub-menu-dropdown{
    top:103%;}
    .search-button:not(.mobile-search-icon),
    .woodmart-header-links .menu-item-my-account .sub-menu-dropdown{
    display: block;}
    .woodmart-search-full-screen {
    display: -webkit-box;
    display: -ms-flexbox;
    display: flex;}}

    The problem is there.

    We have checked your site and didn’t see the issue. Try to clear your device browser cache and use incognito tab to make sure your site is loaded without cache. If the issue appears, please record the video.

    Every time I am doing a major change I clear the cache first.
    Here is the video recorded from my tablet.
    Follow the same procedure again as I mentioned before:

    “I use chrome browser
    Just take your tablet.Turn it horizontally and stick your finger on the screen.Then move it (while it is stuck) upwards.Keep your finger always stick on the screen and you will see the issue.Always look at the bottom of the screen.
    Whenever you leave your finger the problem disappear”
    I talked with another developer.He told me that he sees the same issue.

    Regards

    Following (https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/tablet-problem/#post-103307) custom code makes the full-screen search appears on the tablet which by default should not be displayed on mobile devices. Since our full-screen search is not designed to work on mobile devices, we have no fix for you.

    At least did you see the issue before I go crazy?

    Unfortunately, we can’t reproduce the problem. But anyway, this search is not designed for tablets and some issues may occur. It is not dedicated to being used on smaller than desktop devices.

    Do you think hiring a developer could solve my problem?

    Sorry, but we are not able to answer this question. It depends on the developer.
