tabs header error

I am getting an error in the tabs header area. How should I proceed?

We tried to check this on your site but we can’t access the WordPress Dashboard — the server returns a 403 Forbidden error (screenshot: https://gyazo.com/540f696f1b880777c136ea433e8968ad). Please contact your hosting provider or adjust your security settings to allow access to wp-admin. Once resolved, share temporary WP admin credentials via the forum’s Private Content field so we can review the tabs header issue.

Even when I select center alignment for the tabs menu, it remains aligned to the left.
An error occurs when I modify the source code in the HTML editor.
