tabs not working, and product showing small

    All of a sudden.. (I installed Cusrev, and also Webtoffee plugins for importing old customers and orders to the new shop (They are disabled now, and error still there))
    tabs stopped working, and opening products in incognito mode do not show them in full screen.
    Dont know if its because any of those plugins, since error still there after deactivate and deleting them..

    I found the error.
    It was because of translation.
    I use Loco + Deepl for auto translation of the theme, and that for some reason messed it all up.
    Restored it to last backup, and all ok.
    But would be nice to translate all strings auto…

    Your issue has been solved. I have installed the Automatic loco translation plugin on the site and translated the theme files. Now there is no issue on the site or on the single product page. Please check the site after removing the browser cache.

    Did you use Google for the translate? Because the translation is horrible.
    I need to translate with Deepl to get a good human like translation.

    Have you purchased the Deepl? If yes, then please translate the theme files with Deepl, then just let me know and check the issue, and solve it on your site.

    Now i spent 35 dollar on the pro version to be able to use Deepl. (Which was free in the native version for translations)
    But it do not seem like the translation updates?
    I attached the translated file for you to check.
    You know google translate for example the word “Sticky” to “Klissete” which in Norwegian is about the same word you would use if someone throw a bucket of slime on you..
    So very important with good translation, not only Googles word for word translation..

    I also have to add that most of the strings in your theme file is for backend and backend descriptions.
    It would be nice to sort out the strings after whats visible in the front end of the web site..

    Also there is some problem saying the translations are not equal to the file, and that i should sync to update the .pot.
    But if i sync, all files disapear, and there is only 4 files left.

    Hello,

    First you should not translate the child theme, you have sync the child theme that is why only the 4 words remaining.

    Alos, Now, I have added the new translation on the site, please navigate to the Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the woodmart-nb_NO.po (egendefinert ) file and translate it with DeepL with your premium account and upload it on the site, then the issue will occur on the site (as you mentioned in your first message of this topic)

    After complete this process leave the site as it is and then let me know, I will check which translation is created the issue for you to destory the layout of the site and product pages.

    I tried now to use the old file i created in Deepl, but it would not let me merge, see screenshot.
    Nothing happens when i press the merge button.

    Hello,

    There is an issue with the Loco Automatic Addon plugin, the JS errors are showing in the Browser cosole when you clicking the Merge Translation button, please ask the plugin author support to check and solve this JS issue then upload the file again and merge the translation and let me know after translation will done. Then I will check the issue on the site.

    Please dont deactivate all plugins and let them stay deactivated. My shop is live, and when you deactivate payment providers, i can not sell.

    I have checked your site and noticed that the translation file is being uploaded to the wrong location.
    You have created two different locations for translations [see attached], and the translated Docs file you shared is already 96% complete. The remaining translated strings are included within the same Docs file, but it is being uploaded to a different location, which is causing the error.

    Please upload the translation file to the correct location.
    Also, ensure that the download and upload locations are the same to avoid conflicts.

    This is not working at all.
    I made Deepl work with another paid service from them to make this work, but it looks like it translates everything, including things it should not translate like the %`s xxxx etc.
    I just have to delete evrything so i dont loose more customers on this amateurs event of translation, and rather translate whats needed manually.
    You should really clean up in the translation files, so websites dont get broken when files that should not be translated gets translated with auto translation fatures.

    Did a last try.
    Deactivated the pro auto upload Loco addon, and used the free Loco translate with API keys from Deepl, looks like that worked well.
    Have not checked everything, but looks like the page is working normal.
    In the future you could just recomend people to use Deepl API directly in free Loco.
