Taking lot of time to see the changed effects from theme settings

When we do changes in theme settings, changes are not visible in frontend, it takes lot of time to get the changed effects visible, please let me know if I am missing anything.

I see that you use the cache plugin for your website, in this case, after each change in Theme Settings you need to clear the cache to see the changes immediately.
