Tax options on vendors dashboard

Hi, is there any way to include more of the tax setting to vendors dashboard instead of admin responsibility? Would love if sales tax was more automated. Don’t like taxjar, since they want all vendors to set up their own account. Other options? Also, after I disable the “shipping” option – it is still seen everywhere (product page, vendor dashboard)…

Both Vendors and taxes do not relate to our theme. We do not have any instructions on how to configure.
