    Hello Serg,

    Thank you for the response. Before I share the admin credentials, I would like to know if we can get on a quick call or a remote desktop session (like AnyDesk/Zoom). It would be much easier for me to explain the exact technical issue over a call.

    Please let me know if phone or voice support is available.

    Please describe the issue in detail, and if it’s easier, record a short screen video (e.g., Loom or similar) and share the link so we can see the exact problem. We’ll review it promptly and guide you further.

    Hi Serg,

    Thank you for the update.

    The main issue I am facing is with the WoodMart Core plugin. It is not loading/activating at all. Whenever I try to load or activate it, the screen gets stuck or throws an error, because of which my website’s core functionalities are not working.

    Hello,

    Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.

    After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.
