    Hello Serg,

    Thank you for the response. Before I share the admin credentials, I would like to know if we can get on a quick call or a remote desktop session (like AnyDesk/Zoom). It would be much easier for me to explain the exact technical issue over a call.

    Hi Serg,

    Thank you for the update.

    The main issue I am facing is with the WoodMart Core plugin. It is not loading/activating at all. Whenever I try to load or activate it, the screen gets stuck or throws an error, because of which my website’s core functionalities are not working.

    Hello,

    Could you please temporarily disable all plugins that are not related to our theme (including caching, optimization, and third-party WooCommerce extensions)? This will help us check if any of them are causing the issue.

    After that, kindly share your WordPress admin access using the Private content field so we can investigate it directly.

    On my end, I am still facing the issue. It might be a caching issue or specific to my browser.

    Sir, did you try editing the page using the admin ID and password I provided? Please check this: when the WoodMart Core plugin is deactivated, the WPBakery plugin loads, but when it is active, the plugin does not load.

    As we can see, you have turned on all other plugins that may affect the issue. Please disable them temporarily so I can test one more time. Also, please send me the ID of the page you are testing on.

    I have temporarily deactivated all other plugins again except the essential ones as requested, so you can test it properly.

    The ID of the page I am testing on is: 850
    Page Name: Home Mega-electronics

    Hi there,
    Thanks for the update and for sharing the page ID.

    Please add the following line to your site’s .htaccess file (located in your WordPress root directory):

    <IfModule mod_substitute.c>
    SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
    </IfModule>

    After saving the file, try editing page ID 850 with WPBakery while WoodMart Core is active and let us know the result.

    My client has granted me delegate access to their GoDaddy hosting account, so I do not have the direct username and password for the hosting panel.

    However, I am creating a dedicated FTP account for you from my dashboard and sharing the credentials in the Private Content box below.

    Probably, the code you added fixed the problem. We didn’t make any adjustments on your website.
