1. The Rank math issue is related to the 3rd party plugin, not the theme issue, please contact the plugin author support to check and solve the issue for you.
2. In the default functionality of the Woodmart theme, there are no 2 options for the description for the category pages. I think you have added or used any third-party plugin for this. So please check the plugin settings.
